kung pao

A guy I work with prepared kung pao chicken for our department since he enjoys cooking. And he has made it so many times for he and his daughter I now declare him a masterful kung pao chicken chef (in his spare time of course, IT guy by day). This was the second time he made it for us. We requested he make it again because it is SO TASTY! It'll knock your socks off if made right.

So, just in case anyone is looking for a good, no...EXCELLENT, kung pao chicken recipe with a little kick. This is a great one!
